Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SheAura, we know how exciting it is to receive your wellness products — that’s why we work hard to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your products will reach you.
Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp once your purchase is complete.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and courier details to follow your parcel.
Shipping Timelines
- Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take a little longer (7–10 business days).
- During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, holidays), shipping times may extend slightly.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 attract a standard shipping fee (calculated at checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.
Delivery Partners
- We work with trusted courier services (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post) for safe and timely delivery.
- Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, the responsibility of delivery lies with the courier partner, but our team will fully support you in tracking and resolving any issues.
Address & Contact Details
- Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete details provided by the customer.
- If your order is returned to us due to incorrect details or multiple failed delivery attempts, you may be charged re-shipping fees.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our services to global customers soon — stay tuned!
Delays & Exceptions
- SheAura is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier strikes, natural disasters, lockdowns, or force majeure events.
- If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll escalate it with our courier partners.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.
- You can also track your order by contacting us with your Order ID.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Missing items will be investigated with the courier partner. Resolution may include replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
