Products & Orders

  • All our wellness boxes and kits are prepared with care, hygiene, and love.
  • Images on the website are for representation; actual products may vary slightly in packaging, color, or presentation.
  • Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll inform you and provide a refund or alternative.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled except as per our Cancellation Policy.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • SheAura reserves the right to revise prices without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver orders within 3–7 business days (may vary by location).
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Any failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled unless specifically approved by SheAura.
  • Cancellations requested before dispatch may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on www.sheaura.wellness.com — including logos, designs, text, images, and product packaging — is the intellectual property of SheAura.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • SheAura is not responsible for:
    • Allergic reactions or side effects not disclosed to us before purchase.
    • Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns).

  • Our total liability is limited to the order value of the product in question.

User Conduct
